Additional information: "lectotype (here designated) ♂, Papua New Guinea: Central Province - labelled 'Aroa R., Brit. N. G. (Weiske.)/Original [blue label]'; paralectotype 1 ♂ with the same label data except for the blue 'original' label, both in the Rothschild Collection housed in the British Museum (Natural History)." (Orr & Sibatani, 1986: 6).
