Taxonomic history

Originally described as Koramius acdestis Grum-Gr. subsp. lux Eisner, 1969
Treated as a subspecies of Parnassius acdestis Grum-Grshimailo, 1891 by Ackery (1975:87). Treated as a subspecies of Parnassius (Koramius) acdestis Grum-Grshimailo, 1891 by Weiss (1992:92).
